Prior to its remodel, this main bathroom had a drop-in tub surrounded by carpet and empty space. To maximize the space, we relocated their new Kohler Serif tub, allowing us to build them a brand-new walk-in shower. They chose a light Arizona Tile Themar Crema Marfil for the shower walls and tub surrounds, which makes this smaller area appear larger. For the tub and shower fixtures, they chose Delta Lahara fixtures in Venitian Bronze. Their shower glass enclosure is a custom, 3/8th inch thick enclosure with oil-rubbed bronze hardware. The carpet throughout was replaced with Bedrosians Roma 12×12 tiles. Sollid Value cabinetry in Cambria Saddle was used for their new vanity with a custom countertop and Belcastel handles from Richelieu. Their new Kohler medicine cabinets and polished mirror were installed. With this main bathroom being on the smaller side, we updated their lighting to LED recessed cans, which were installed throughout, and gave their new main bathroom more lighting.
