The wet area in this Anthem home needed to be remodeled for accessibility reasons. The existing drop-in tub and shower stall was removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower and San Spa walk-in tub. The shower walls and tub surrounds were tiled with Arizona Tile Marmol Café Honed, and for their shower floor, niche, and accent strip, they chose Emser Rivera Flat Pebble Forest for its natural look and feel. They chose the doorless option and used custom, stationary glass panels for their shower enclosure. The original shower fixtures were replaced with chrome Kohler Alteo fixtures with extra grab bars for safety. With the existing vanity and mirrors in great shape, our clients updated their countertop to a new quartz Silestone Drais countertop with new under-mount sinks and chrome Kohler Alteo fixtures to match the shower. The original track lighting was removed and replaced with our client’s custom light fixtures.
