The guest bathroom in this Paradise home was remodeled, bringing it up to date and more to our client’s preference. Its existing layout worked well for our client, so they chose to upgrade the materials and finishes throughout. For their shower and tub combo, we removed the original shower walls and tiled their new shower walls with Bedrosians Grace Grigio, which we tiled to the ceiling. The shower and sink fixtures were upgraded to Pfister Contempra fixtures in brushed nickel. For their vanity area, we refinished their existing vanity in Behr Vintage Velvet and upgraded their countertop to a new Silestone Lyra countertop. The flooring throughout was also upgraded to Arizona Tile Eramosa Matte 12×12 tile.
