Master Bathroom
A complete remodel was needed in this room that added a second sink area and linen cabinet and removed the original tub area to extend the shower space. Showplace cabinets were installed with a black satin finish, and black vessel sinks contrasted with polished chrome Kohler plumbing fixtures. The now larger shower has a unique 24×48 polished wall tile called Bel Aire laid in a vertical pattern with a shower bench installation for comfort and penny-round flooring. To keep with the theme of the home, the same luxury vinyl flooring was used for cohesiveness.
Kitchen
Extensive demo work was required in this kitchen to remove the old pantry area, cabinets, and countertops while adding a center island. Once the demo work was complete, and we had a blank canvas, our team started by installing new 42″ ceiling high, Milan Black colored, Showplace cabinets and a custom wine refrigerator. The countertops were replaced with splendor white granite, and the kitchen sink is a granite composite double bowl with a Kohler faucet. The finished kitchen includes a Brondell reverse osmosis system for fresh, clean water. The center island needed specialty trenching work to provide the functional electrical outlets seen on the sides of the island, and it was completed with a 15″ granite overhang for comfort when guests are sitting enjoying a meal or cocktail.
