The bathrooms of this Green Valley home were remodeled simultaneously to give our clients up-to-date bathrooms.
To make their master bathroom more functional for our clients, we replaced the shower and tub combo with a new walk-in shower. Their new shower walls were tiled with Arizona Tile Core Glossy 4”x16” with Bedrosians Traditions Black Glossy 3”x6” for their accent tile. For continuity, Arizona Tile Hexagon Matte White was used for their shower and bathroom floor with Bedrosians Traditions Black Bright 3”x 6” bullnose at their baseboards for an accent border. During the demo phase, extra backing was provided for their Delta grab bars and teak fold-down seat. For their new shower fixtures, they chose Delta Cassidy fixtures in stainless, and to save space they went with a shower curtain for their enclosure. Their existing linen cabinet was refinished to match their new Papya Smoke Shaker vanity, which was installed along with their new Pental Venatino quartz countertop, under-mount sink, and Delta Southlake stainless faucet. The custom light fixture, mirror, and makeup mirror were supplied by our client.
The existing layout worked well for their guest bathroom, so they chose to keep the layout and remodel the bathroom to give their guests an up-to-date bathroom when visiting. To brighten up the bathroom, their new shower walls were tiled with Dal-Tile Color Wheel Linear Artic White Matte 6”x18” with MSI Azul Scallop for their accent tile. To add a pop of color, Bedrosians 360 Lagoon penny rounds were installed for their new shower and bathroom floors. For their safety, multiple Delta Transitional Stainless grab bars and fold-down teak bench were installed in their new shower. Their new Showplace Pendleton Dark Night vanity was installed along with their custom remnant countertop and under-mount sink. The fixtures throughout were all upgraded to Delta Kayra Stainless fixtures, and the custom mirror and light fixture were supplied by our client.
