The master bathroom and guest bathroom of this Green Valley home were remodeled simultaneously to give our client updated bathrooms with their own personal touches.
Our clients had no need for a bathtub in their master bathroom, so we removed the soaking tub and shower stall, which allowed us to build them a large walk-in shower. To help their new wet area appear larger, Arizona Tile Eramosa Ice 12”x 24” tile was installed in a vertical offset pattern on their shower and pony walls. For a natural feel, Bedrosians Flat Pebble Malaga Bay was chosen for their shower floor and for a pop of color, Strata Titanium interlocking tile for their accent strip and shampoo recess. The size of their new shower allowed them to have a custom 3/8th inch thick stationary panel over their pony wall for their shower enclosure. For their shower fixtures, they chose Kohler Purist fixtures in brushed nickel. Their new floating Showplace Pendleton Maple Peppercorn Grey stained vanity was topped with a new Aspen White granite countertop, which was also used for the cap of their bench, curb, and pony wall. For their new sink, they chose a white Amerisink rectangle vessel sink with a brushed nickel Kohler Purist vessel faucet. The flooring throughout their master bathroom was upgraded to Arizona Tile Savanna Dust porcelain tile.
Their guest bathroom was remodeled to give their guest an updated space when visiting. The original apron tub was replaced with a new American Standard Princeton Americast apron tub, and for their shower walls and wainscoting, they chose Arizona Tile Africa Silver tile, which was tiled to the ceiling in the shower to make it appear larger. Their new Sollid Value Shaker Xspresso vanity was installed along with their new undermount sink, and Sutton handles. For their shower fixtures and sink faucet, they chose brushed nickel Kohler Alteo fixtures. Our client’s custom mirror and light fixture were installed, and their bathroom flooring was upgraded to Arizona Tile Fibra Linen tiles, which were laid in an offset pattern.
