The outdated master bathroom in this Green Valley Ranch home was remodeled to give our clients an up-to-date space with their own personal touch. The oversized apron tub was removed and replaced with a new Hydrosystems Lacey soaking tub, which gave us the extra space to enlarge their walk-in shower. Their new walk-in shower walls were tiled with Arizona Tile Fibra Linen, which was also used for the tub surrounds. Their new shower floor was tiled with Emser Venetian Flat Pebbles Silver and, for a pop of color, Arizona Tile Basque Corallo 1”x1” mosaic. Their shower enclosure is a custom 3/8th inch thick clear glass enclosure with brushed nickel hardware. Their new JK Cabinetry Crème Maple Glazed vanity was installed with a new Radianz Maiposa Buff countertop and new under-mount sinks. The fixtures throughout were all upgraded to brushed nickel Price Pfister Contempra fixtures. The mirrors and light fixtures were provided by our clients. The original travertine floor was replaced with new Marazzi American Estates Spice porcelain tile.
