Complete Kitchen Remodel:
This complete kitchen remodel required extensive utility work. The floor needed to be trenched, and the pony wall was built up to make room for the large island. The water drains and electrical were moved to create a new layout, and we added a pot filler behind the range. Recessed LED can lighting was installed in the ceiling, and outlets and gas lines were moved to relocate the refrigerator and range new location.
Within the island, we placed an under-mount sink with a faucet and installed new quartz De la Terra countertops from Arizona Tile. Under cabinet lighting was added to accentuate the all-new paint job and 4” X 12” beveled porcelain backsplash. Showplace cabinetry was installed, consisting of a blend of glass & white shaker cabinets with lighting. Around 1000 sq. ft. of unique tile flooring consisting of 24” X 48” Italian-made porcelain was laid in most of the house. A separate space was created for a wine cooler that was supplied by the homeowner.
