This stunning Anthem remodel went through a major modern remodel, including the master bathroom, the hall bathroom, the master bedroom closet, and the master bedroom divider wall.
Master Bathroom
In the master bathroom, the customer wanted to walk away from the standard white shower and tub deck and enter into a more present-day tile using Bedrosians Stone Mountain Gris Matte 12”x24” in a vertical offset pattern. The shower floor and shampoo recess match using the Bedrosians Hemisphere Island Blend tiles in Prism Doloran Gray #165. We used the Kohler Underscore drop-in tub 60”x36”x21”. Complimenting the tile selection, we installed Pfister Kelen Chrome shower trim, a handheld shower head with a hook, a roman tub filler, a towel bar, a towel ring, and a toilet paper holder. The vanity was installed using Showplace Milan Maple Paint Grade Graphite cabinets, two white rectangle undermount sinks, and Pfister Kelen Chrome single-handle faucets. To top off this unique design, we replaced the original flooring with Arizona Tile Africa White in an offset pattern front to back.
Hall Bathroom
In the hall bathroom, we had a similar approach to the master bathroom remodel. The client wanted to get rid of the white shower and vanity. Our approach with the bipass shower was to use Marazzi Timeless Emperador Mocha on the shower walls. To accent, we used Bedrosians Hemisphere Kona Sand. Different from the master, we used a different accent for the shampoo recess from the shower floor selection. In this case, we used Marazzi Catwalk Walnut Edge. The client preferred a removable shower head for this shower, so we selected Delta H20 Kinetic In2ition in Venetian Bronze. To tie the accessories together we used Delta Lahara in Venetian Bronze for the shower trim, towel bar, grab bar, towel ring, and toilet paper holder. On the bathroom floor, the customer selected Marazzi Knoxwood Ginger 6”x 24” in an offset pattern front to back. The vanity was installed using Solid Valve Shaker Xpresso and a SOlera S236 vessel sink with a bronze popup drain.
Master Bedroom Closet
In this master bedroom closet, the client requested the same flooring as the master bathroom, using Arizona Tile Africa White in an offset pattern front to back. We then added 12” deep wood shelves to both sides of the closet and two aluminum poles.
Master Bedroom Divider Wall
To divide the master bedroom, we framed a wall in the center of the room to measure 48”x108” for the TV. For this project, it was crucial to add power to this wall. To do this, we added two outlets and a coaxial cable to the wall.
