Fireplace Wall
We removed the oversized built-in and constructed a custom fireplace wall to house their television and the new Heat N Glo Cosmo Fireplace. For the fireplace surrounds, they chose Arizona Tile Stacked Stone Silver Split. Custom bookcases were built using Showplace sterling SP cabinetry along with all-new flooring, Club Tabacco from Arizona Tile, which was installed throughout the first floor.
Main Bath
This main bath had multiple angled walls, which were removed, making the space more functional. By removing the original shower and tub areas, we were able to build our clients an oversized, walk-in shower. By placing their new Delta fixtures at the opposite end of their walk-in, they were able to keep their existing window in place, which gave the room plenty of natural light. The shower walls and bench were tiled with Arizona Tile Calcutta, Emser Mixed Texture Winter Frost Hex for the shower floor, and Arizona Tile Shimmer Albalone for the accent strip and niches. A Custom, 3/8th inch, a stationary glass panel was used for their enclosure which gave them a wide opening to walk through. For the vanity, they chose a Showplace Sterling SP vanity with a quartz Della Terra Vegas countertop. Custom mirrors and light fixtures were used, and a fresh coat of paint completes this newly remodeled main bathroom.
Kitchen
In this kitchen, we kept the existing layout and built a large, more functioning island. For the perimeter cabinets, they went with Showplace Sterling SP in white with an Arizona Tile Della Terra Quartz Slate Gray countertop. For the island, they went with the same cabinets but it was a Peppercorn Grey wash and went with Arizona Tile Della Terra Nouveau Calacatta for the countertop. We took the Arizona Hampton Gray Stone Basket Weave backsplash up to the ceiling, making the kitchen appear larger. Their sink was upgraded to an Industrial Rectangular Stainless-Steel sink with new Moen stainless fixtures. To match with the rest of the first floor, the flooring was also updated to Club Tabacco from Arizona Tile.
