This luxurious hall bathroom remodel in Summerlin had a complete facelift with a modern twist. By removing the existing shower bath, we were able to build our clients their walk-in bypass shower using a barn ¼” clear shower door, including a shampoo recess (Arizona Tile Bianco Carrara Polished 2”x2” Hex) and shower seat. They went with a simple shower wall using Arizona Tile Smooth 8×24 matte with a horizontal ⅓-⅔ layout. The client chose Arizona Tile Bianco Carrara Polished 2×2 Hex for their shower floor to tie in the shampoo recess accent. As for the rest of the flooring, the client went with Arizona Tile Themar Statuario Matte 12×24 and #5077 Frost grout. The gorgeous cabinets are Showplace EVO Pierce 275 Paint Grade Smokey Blue Satin. The customer chose 5-piece drawer fronts with our standard soft close doors and drawers. We supplied the drawer (Knox 645-128SN) and door (Sedona 26SN) handles to tie in with the client’s vision. To top it off, the client chose a quartz countertop (Pental Thassos 2cm) with a Miter-eased edge. A fresh coat of Sherwin Williams Hinting Blue completes this hall bathroom transformation.
