Guest Bathroom
This client wanted to add a walk-in shower to their guest bathroom. We relocated plumbing and walls to give us space to build our clients a walk-in shower. The shower walls were tiled with MSI Eden Statuary, and Arizona Tile Completa Series Deep Blue Multi Finish Hex was used for the shower floor and niche. For functionality, they chose a 3/8th in clear glass barn door for their enclosure, giving them more space in the bathroom. Kohler Venza fixtures in brushed nickel were used throughout this new guest bath. Custom vanity, countertops, mirrors, and light fixtures complete this new guest bathroom.
Fireplace
Prior to its build, this wall was an empty space which allowed us to build our clients their ideal fireplace wall. The fireplace pop-out wall was tiled with MSI Eden Statuary, matching their new guest bathroom shower. Similar to the bathroom, a custom chandelier and cabinets were used, along with custom floating shelves. This fireplace wall was complete with a Simplifire Scion 55” linear electric fireplace. New Floor and Décor Optimax Windsor Gray flooring were installed throughout the first floor of this home.
