The wet area of this Foothills main bathroom required a full demo to give our clients their ideal space. The original shower stall and apron tub were removed, allowing us to build our clients their ideal wall-to-wall wet room. The wet room walls were tiled with Dal Multitude Origami White Hex and Arizona Tile Savanna Honey for the wet room floor, which we carried into the rest of the space, making it appear more open. With the large size of their wet area and placement of their Delta Ara shower fixtures, they were able to keep their existing window in place for natural light. For their shower surrounds, they chose two ceiling-height, custom stationary glass panels with brushed nickel hardware. Their existing vanity was upgraded with a quartz Della Terra Oceana-N countertop and new Kohler Verticyl under-mount sinks with Delta Ara faucets. Their two new Kohler medicine cabinets were installed, along with custom mirrors and light fixtures.
