This exquisite master bathroom in Sunridge at McDonald Ranch was remodeled in hopes to make the space more functional for the client. We removed all of the components of the space and installed Atlantis Tranquil Tundra LVP in the water closet. From there, we got to work on the shower and tub surrounds. We installed the waterproof membrane, for the shower, with a stainless drain. The customer picked out Arizona Tile Anthea Earth 12”x24” tiles throughout the shower, including the bench, the curb, the edges, and the floor. For the shampoo recess, we used American Olean Conrad Brick Sage to accent the space. We used the Delta Galeon line for the shower trim, diverted, shower head, and handheld shower. The customer picked out the white Hydrosystems Elle soaking tub with a brushed nickel grab bar. We installed the tub deck using the same Arizona Tile Anthea Earth 12”x24”. We used the Delta Trinsic Stainless roman tub filler and hand wand, which created the desired look the client was hoping for. When we installed the double vanity, we kept the current cabinets and installed the Dal One Quartz Almondine countertop. The customer desired two white undermount rectangle sinks 20”x15”. After we installed those, we added two Delta Arvo Stainless single handle faucets. From there, we installed Signature Hardware Hoxton 3 lights. To finish this remodel, we installed new carpet in the master bedroom, bathroom, and the closet.
