This stunning Green Valley project had multiple scopes of work, including the master and hall bathroom.
In the master bathroom, we started by demoing the entire space. From there, we got started with the flooring. The client provided a gray color swatch for us to match the flooring color. We used that color to install concrete flooring with metallic epoxy staining and a gray swirl design. The client loved this flooring so much that we also installed it in the master bedroom, showroom, and hall bathroom. From there, we started framing for the shower and waterproofing the space. We used Arizona Tile H-Line 4”x16” cotton glossy tiles for the shower walls. For the shower floor, the client chose Arizona Tile Tumbled 4×4 Bianco Carrara. We designed a shampoo recess for this shower using American Olean Morello Quartz. The client chose to use Schluter Quadec in polished chrome as the shower edge. To finish off the shower surrounds, we installed a ⅜” clear glass frameless shower door, 78” high. For the shower plumbing fixtures, we used the Pfister Contempra Polished Chrome shower head, shower trim, and handheld shower. For the next step of this remodel, we installed the Kohler Underscore Tub 60”x32” with the chrome Newport Brass East Linear tub filler. For the tub deck, we used the New Carrara Quartz slab. When we designed the single vanity, we used Solid Select Newport White Shaker cabinets with Stanton 625-96 PC handles. For the gorgeous countertop, we used Della Terra Oceana, which we were able to share with the hall bath vanity. We installed one white rectangular sink with the matching Pfister Contempra polished chrome single-handle faucet. Next, we installed the white American Standard Cadet two-piece toilet with a skirted elongated bowl. Lastly, the client wanted a new closet door, so we installed a brand new mirror bypass door, 4080, with polished chrome detailing.
For the hall bath, we removed the existing shower, vanity, mirrors, light fixtures, toilet, and exhaust fan. After installing the concrete floors from the previous scope of work, we began with the shower surrounds. After creating the shower walls with our waterproofing system, we installed the same Arizona Tile H-Line 4”x16” tiles from the master bathroom. For the shampoo recess, we used American Olean Morello Quartz. Similar to the previous shower, we used polished chrome Schluter Quadec for the shower edge. For the plumbing fixtures, we installed the polished chrome Pfister Contempora shower head, shower trim, and handheld shower. We supplied and installed four Progress Lighting Rizo in polished chrome. For the vanity, we used Solid Select Newport White cabinets with a shaker door and the Della Terra Oceana countertop, shared with the master bathroom. We supplied and installed a 1” beveled mirror to go on top of the vanity, as well as the Pfister Contempra single-handle faucet. We installed the same American Standard Cadet toilet from the master bathroom, as well. From there, we added the matching Pfister Contempra toilet paper holder, 24” towel bar, and towel ring to the space. The client was thrilled with the final result of both of their bathrooms.
