Complete Bathroom Remodel:
For this complete bathroom remodel, we removed the existing shower and tub. A free-standing tub with a designer-brand floor-mounted tub filler and a chandelier were used, along with multiple recessed can lighting fixtures installed overhead to brighten the space. Inside the shower, we used Arizona Tile’s Resides series laid in a vertical pattern. The same material was used for the shower floor, allowing us to put in a linear drain. We then installed a rainfall showerhead from the ceiling, a handheld showerhead, and a Kohler DTV digital valving system with the module built into the shower. Extensive electrical work was completed to integrate the steam shower with the other shower components. The newly installed shower door system goes from the floor to the soffits. The ceiling height was then dropped down; we added transom glass over the shower door, giving us a true steam shower featuring a custom granite seating area. A two-bulb heater exhaust fan was installed over the shower area.
We added an LED mirror, midnight color shaker style cabinets by Showplace cabinetry, and a granite countertop called vintage for the vanity. A unique drawer was installed called a “docking drawer” that had an electrical outlet installed inside. Pieces of this granite were utilized as accents around the tub. A luxury vinyl, Crystal Cove Collection, was used for the flooring, and a high-end Pella door and exterior window system completed this bathroom.
