In this multi-phase remodel, we started by remodeling their kitchen into a gorgeous sleek design. We started by discarding their cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, cooktop, over, and microwave, leaving us only with their existing flooring, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We started by installing Showplace EVO Pendleton 275 Maple Rockport Satin, full access, five piece drawer front cabinets with soft close doors and drawers and Boswell 177-128BNBDL handles. For their countertop, they chose Della Terra Citrin 2cm with a 1.5” island overhang and a 5” backsplash on the sink wall. For the tile backsplash on the bottom of all wall cabinets besides the sink wall, we chose Marazzi Uniche Beige Chiaro 3”x3” random mosaic with Mapei Ultracolor FA #5105 Bone grout. From there, it was time to install the Kraus 32 Gunmetal sink with a Delta Trask Pulldown faucet and soap dispenser. This client was so thrilled during their kitchen remodel process, they did not want us to stop there. We got started on helping them make design selections for their guest bathroom right away.
In this next phase, we remodeled both of the guest bathrooms for a complete modern makeover, using the same materials. We started by removing the shower components, including the tiles, shower glass, and the shower head. From there, we demoed out the vanity cabinets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and the toilet, leaving us with only the floor tile, baseboard, and vanity light fixtures. We installed the Delta Velum Champagne Bronze shower trim, shower head, and handheld shower head. We chose Emser Nobleza Lugo Matte 12”x24” tiles in a vertical ⅓-⅔ format for the shower walls and shower curbs with Mapei #5077 Frost grout. To finish the shower edges, we used Schluter Jolly 100-MBW. We used Bedrosians Waterbrook Tan pebbles with Mapei #5105 Driftwood grout for the shower floors. From there, we installed Dura Supreme Crestwood Carson Maple Cashew Satin cabinets with a five piece drawer front, including soft close doors and drawers. For the countertops, we used Arizona TIle Della Terra Citrine with a 4” backsplash and 4” sidesplash. To finish the vanities, we added Elements Stanton 625-128SBZ cabinet handles. We added two white MSI undermount sinks 20”x15” with the Delta Velum Champagne Bronze faucets. We used the matching Delta Velum Champagne Bronze toilet paper holder and two towel rings. We also installed American Standard Edgemere two piece elongated white toilets To finish both of these bathrooms, we painted the walls with Sherwin Williams Heron Plume Semi Gloss.
