The master bathroom and guest bathroom of this River Mountain home were remodeled simultaneously to give our client updated bathrooms.
The layout of their master bathroom worked well for our clients, so they decided to upgrade the materials and finishes throughout. The existing soaker tub was in great condition, so it was re-installed with a new Moen Glyde Tub Spout. Their new walk-in shower walls were tiled with Arizona Tile Cosmic Ivory 12”x 24” tiles with the 2”x 2” mosaic format for their shower floor and niches. A custom 3/8th inch thick clear glass enclosure was installed, and for their new shower fixtures, they chose Moen Basic Brushed Nickel shower fixtures. A new Maple Showplace EVO Parkside vanity with a Pental Argento countertop was installed, and our clients supplied the custom mirrors and light fixtures. To match their guest bathroom, 4 Seasons Mojave Oak was installed for their new flooring throughout their master bathroom and bedroom.
They chose to remodel their guest bathroom to give their guests an updated bathroom when visiting. The existing bathtub was replaced with a new Kohler Underscore Alcove Soaking tub with Dal Color Wheel Linear Artic White 4”x12” tile for their tub walls and Floor and Décor Festive Matte Black Porcelain Penny Round for the shampoo recess. Their extra White Showplace EVO Parkside vanity was topped with a new Pental Argento quartz countertop. Moen Basic Matte Black fixtures were installed in their new tub area and vanity. Our clients supplied the custom mirror and light fixture, and the flooring in this bathroom was upgraded to 4 Season Mojave Oak to match their master bathroom.
