The homeowners of this gorgeous Cadence home was eager to tear apart their downstairs bathroom and design a completely new modern guest bathroom. Throughout the entire bathroom and into the shower, we installed Lowe’s Hex 2”x2” with Silver #5027 grout. The client was in love with the MSI Domino White Matte 12”x24” tiles for the shower walls. To accent the shampoo niche, we used the same Lowe’s Hex 2”x2” tiles that we used for the flooring. For the shower edges, we installed Jolly 100 in Matte White MBW. We went with the Delta Ashlyn Chrome shower valve and intuition with a hose. For the single vanity, we used Central White Shaker with full overlay and Richelieu BP8252128-180 handles. The customer used a remnant slab to top off the cabinets. From there, we installed a white oval undermount sink and the Delta Lahara Chrome single handle faucet. We were thrilled with how this gorgeous guest bathroom turned out.
