This gorgeous Paseo Verde remodel included both a custom contemporary kitchen and the modern master bathroom design.
Starting with the kitchen, we removed the cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. We decided on Showplace EVO Pendelton 275 Maple Peppercorn Satin cabinets with Sutton 635-128SN handles, which turned out gorgeous in this space. We capped off the cabinets with a quartz Pental Tobacco countertop. To add to the contemporary style, we installed Arizona Tile Concerto Cocoa Matte 2”x10” backsplash with Driftwood Grout #105. It was important for the client to have a larger, more functional sink. We decided on the Solera apron Workstation 32” undermount stainless steel sink, which came with a basin rack, basket strainer, cutting board, and drainboard. We used the brushed nickel Sir Faucet Spring Faucet to finish this scope of work.
In the master bathroom, we took out all of the existing plumbing, the shower, the tub, and the vanity to give the client the master bathroom of their dreams. We started by framing the shower 40”x46” with a 4” curb on two sides. After waterproofing the new shower frame, we were able to install the tiles on the shower walls and ceiling using MSI PIetra Calacatta Matte 12”x24”. For the shower floors and shampoo recess, we used AZ Tile Pave Grigio 2”x2”, which was the perfect addition to escaping an all-white shower. We installed the Delta Ashlyn Stainless shower valve and shower head, which added the perfect modern flare for this homeowner. The client was eager to put in a modern freestanding tub, so we went with the Wyndham Rebecca 60” with the brushed nickel tub filler, waste, and overflow. For the custom double vanity, we used Showplace EVO Villa Ginger cabinets with Richelieu BP765128-195 handles. We installed two white undermount rectangle sinks with the Delta Ashlyn Stainless wide-spread handle faucets to match the other plumbing fixtures. We added two 24”x 36” surface-mounted Kohler Catalan medicine cabinets over the vanity. For the flooring, we used Atlantis Premier First Snow 7”x48” LVT throughout the master bathroom and closet. Lastly, we installed a custom six-panel solid barn door 36”x 84” with a brushed nickel track. The client could not be more thrilled with the finished product.
