Multiple bathrooms throughout this Green Valley Ranch home were remodeled to give our clients up-to-date bathrooms.
To give our clients their ideal master bathroom, everything was removed during the demo, giving us a clean slate to design their new bathroom. A Wyndham Carissa soaker tub replaced the original apron tub, and their new walk-in shower is double the size of their original. For character, the right shower wall was tiled with Bedrosians Manhattan Glass Midnight random glossy and matte tiles with Bedrosians Hemisphere Panther Black sliced pebble for their shower floor. For a cohesive space, Arizona Tile 3D Wave tile was used for the back shower wall and tub wall. A custom 3/8th inch thick frameless shower enclosure was installed, along with their Delta Dryden Stainless shower fixtures. Black matte Showplace Sutherland vanities were installed and topped with new Sequel Macabus countertops. Rectangle under-mount sinks with Delta Dryden Stainless widespread faucets were installed. New beveled glass mirrors and custom light fixtures complete their new vanity areas. The flooring in their bedroom and bathroom was upgraded to Arizona Tile Belgian Linen Mica 12” x 24” tile.
The walls of their new guest bath shower were tiled with Arizona Tile 3D Ribbon with Arizona Tile Luxe 1×1 Hex Black for the shower floor and accent strip. For their shower enclosure, they chose a custom 1/4-inch thick clear glass semi-frameless shower door with Brushed Nickel hardware. To match the master bathroom, our clients chose a Black Matte Showplace Sutherland vanity with a custom countertop. Delta Dryden Stainless fixtures were chosen for their shower and vanity fixtures.
In their second guest bathroom, a custom bathtub replaced their old one, and their new shower walls were tiled with Arizona Tile 3D Wave to match their master bathroom. For their accent tile, they chose Bedrosians Panache Retro Sequins Hexagon, which was also used for their vanity backsplash. A custom 1/4-inch thick clear glass semi-frameless shower door was chosen for their shower enclosure, and a white Showplace Pendleton vanity with a custom countertop was chosen for this bathroom. To match with their other two bathrooms, Delta Dryden Stainless shower fixtures and widespread faucets were chosen for this guest bathroom as well.
