The master bathroom in this Anthem home was remodeled to give our clients a bathroom that met their needs. For accessibility reasons, the wall and door separating the vanity from the linen cabinet were removed, which also helped the room feel larger. Our clients chose matching Pure White Showplace Pendelton 275 vanity and linen cabinets, and for their new countertops, they chose Pental Uliano quartz, which was also used for their bench seat. They had no need for a bathtub, so we removed the large soaking tub and shower stall, allowing us to build their custom walk-in shower and dry-off area. For limited grout, MSI Eden Statuary 24”x48” tile was used for their new shower walls with Dal Color Wheel Mosaic 1.5” Hexagon Suede Grey tiles for their shower floor and niche. The length of their new shower allowed them to have a custom 3/8th inch thick frameless panel over their pony wall for their shower enclosure. Kohler Parallel Brushed Nickel shower fixtures and widespread faucets were installed along with our clients’ custom mirrors and light fixtures. For privacy, their existing window was replaced with a new Milgard Tuscany Picture Window with Matelux glass.
