The wet areas in the master bathroom and guest bathroom of this Desert Shores home were remodeled simultaneously to give them each a cohesive design.
In the master bathroom, the shower stall and apron tub were replaced with a new walk-in shower and Free-Standing Bain Signature Soaking Tub. Madeira Granite solid surface panels were used for the shower walls and tub surrounds, and a Custom Spray Foam Double Threshold shower pan was installed. A 3-Panel custom frameless glass door enclosure and Pulse Tropicania shower fixtures were installed. Their flooring throughout was upgraded to American Olean Ideal Beige porcelain tile.
In the guest bathroom, the tub and shower combo was replaced with a new walk-in shower. To match the master bathroom, Madeira Granite solid panels were used for their new shower walls. A Liquid Accents bi-pass shower door was installed, along with Pulse Sea Breeze shower fixtures. The flooring in the guest bath was upgraded to American Olean Ideal Beige porcelain tile to match their new master bathroom.
