This Green Valley master bathroom was in need of a modern face lift. We removed and replaced the entire shower, the tub, the vanity, the countertops, all of the accessories, and plumbing fixtures. We started on the flooring, and the client loved the Bedrosians Metro Plus Long Island Sky 12”x24” with Cobblestone #103 grout. We moved on to the shower by taking it down to the studs. After adding our waterproof membrane, we used Bedrosians Metro Plus Stealth Jet 12”x 24” tiles in a horizontal ⅓-⅔ pattern. We were able to use the matching bullnose for the shower edges to tie the walls together. As an accent, we decided to tie in American Olean Crosswood Entourage Pelican for the flooring and shampoo recess. Throughout the entire shower, the client wanted Mapei Ultracolor FA #107 Iron grout. To complete the shower frame, we installed a clear swinging shower door with brushed nickel hardware. We were able to install the Kohler Forte shower valve and shower head in Brushed Nickel. Moving on to the tub, we installed the Jacuzzi Linea 60”x36”x19.5” with the Brushed Nickel Kohler Forte tub filler. The final section of this remodel was the vanity using Showplace Pierce 275 Maple Dusk Satin with full access and a slab drawer. The client wanted Milan 1091 SN knobs, and Milan 1092-128SN handles. For the countertop, we used New Caledonia granite with a demi bullnose with Flat Apron. Lastly, we used Kohler Forte Brushed Nickel widespread faucets to complete this gorgeous remodel.
