The guest bathroom in this Green Valley home was remodeled to give their friends and family an updated bathroom. To make the bathroom feel more open, the door separating the toilet area and vanity area was removed. The shower and tub combo was also removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower. For their new shower walls, wainscoting, and new bathroom floor, they chose Marazzi Timeless Emperador Mocha tile with an Arizona Tile Listelle Leaves accent strip. To match their shower walls, Marazzi Timeless Emperador Hexagon tile was used for their shower floor. A custom 3/8th inch thick glass shower panel and swinging door were installed for their shower enclosure, and their fixtures throughout were upgraded to stainless steel Delta Linden fixtures. Their existing vanity received a new Siena Beige granite countertop and new under-mount sinks, with the existing mirror and lighting staying in place.
