The master bathroom in this Westgate home was remodeled to make it more functional for our clients. The existing shower stall and drop-in tub were removed and replaced with a wet area consisting of a walk-in shower and dry-off area that ran the length of the wall. Due to the length of their wet area and by installing their new brushed nickel Kohler Devonshire shower fixtures furthest from the window, our clients were able to have a stationary panel above the pony wall for their shower enclosure, which gave them a doorless walk-in shower. Their new shower walls and dry-off area were tiled with Arizona Tile Themar Statuario V matte tile, and for their shower floor, they chose American Olan Crosswood Entourage Pelican hex tile. Bedrosians Wonderous strip mosaic tile was chosen for their accent strip and shampoo niche, which also gave their shower a pop of color. For their new shower floor, Arizona Tile Petra Italia Grey Matte was installed, which was also used for the floor of their new dry-off area. The original vanity was replaced with a new Maple Showplace EVO Sutherland vanity in their midnight stain, which offered them additional storage. A new Sequal Silver Drift quartz countertop was installed, along with new under-mount sinks and Naples handles. Their new Kohler medicine cabinets were installed, and they chose to keep the existing mirror because of its size.
