This gorgeous Seven Hills home went under complete renovation including the kitchen, the master bathroom, the family room, and the hall bathroom. Our client was hoping to update the home to feel more modern, and we delivered just that!
Kitchen
In this large indoor kitchen, the client wanted to create a more functioning space with a modern feel. We replaced the cabinets with EVO Showplace Sterling Paint Grade Pure White Satin with a full access five-piece drawer front. To top off this space, we installed Della Terra Renoir countertops. To contrast the main cabinets, we installed EVO Showplace Sterling Maple Peppercorn Satin with full access and Slab drawer front. Complimenting the island contrast, we installed a Della Terra Bertoli countertop. Additionally, we painted the walls using Sherwin WIlliams SW 7646 First Star Satin, as well as the ceiling in SW 7006 Extra White Flat.
To help with functionality, we added water to the kitchen island in order to install a vegetable sink with the Delta Trinsic faucet in arctic stainless. We replaced the main sink and plumbing hardware with a new undermount stainless sink and the Delta Trinsic kitchen faucet in Arctic Stainless. The Moen ½ HP garbage disposal was installed in both sinks, which is powered by the Moen air switch stainless button.
Master Bathroom
We started the project by demoing the shower and tub. We painted the walls using Sherwin Williams-SW9504 Cold Foam Satin and the ceiling using Sherwin Williams-SW7006 Extra White flat. We installed a Woodbridge 59” White Contemporary Soaking tub with a brushed nickel overflow and tub filler. Because we moved the shower location, we were able to install the Delta Trinsic Stainless shower valve and move it center. We used an American Standard Stainless 18” shower arm with a Delta escutcheon plate. For the shower pan, shower walls, shampoo recess, and vanity backsplash, we used 24”x 24” stacked bond tiles. For the shower floor, the customer went with Pietra Italia 12×24 R11 tiles. Lastly, for the tub backsplash, we added 3 x 12 Wave tile.
We decided to design a new layout for this client’s master bathroom. After reconfiguring the perfect cabinet layout, we used EVO Showplace Sterling Paint Grade Pure White Satin with full access and a 5-piece drawer front. The Della Terra Renoir countertop was the perfect addition to keeping this space bright and white. We went with two white Solera undermount sinks, complemented with Delta Lahara Stainless widespread faucets. The customer went with Arizona Tile Pietra Italia 24”x24” tile to tie add dimension into the space. We provided two Elegant Décor Eternity 60”x 30” mirrors to go over the vanity.
Master Linen/Hallway Linen/Laundry Room
In the Master Linen room, we supplied and installed EVO Showplace Sterling Paint Grade Peppercorn Satin with a slab drawer front and full access. We used the same cabinets in the Hallway Linen room and laundry room, except we used Pure White as the finish. To finish this scope of work, we installed porcelain slab Onyx countertops.
Entertainment Center/Family Room
In the family room, we removed the pre-existing existing entertainment center, exterior door, and windows, which allowed us to frame a new 2×4 wall-to-ceiling for a new TV location, as well as a new soffit on top of that new wall. We also needed to frame for a fireplace and a box below the fireplace. From there, we placed 24”x 24” porcelain tiles on the face of the fireplace wall to complete this remodel.
Hall Bathroom
The goal for the hall bathroom was to elevate and modernize the space, and we did just that! For the shower, we installed 3”x 12” wave-stacked tiles on the back wall and 24”x24” stacked tiles on the side walls. The customer chose the Delta Trinsic Stainless shower valve and trim to match the master bathroom. We went with a brushed nickel 31” linear solid drain and a ⅜” clear frameless barn door to complete this shower. For the vanity, we installed EVO Showplace Sterling Paint Grade Pure White Satin cabinets with a quartz Della Terra Renoir countertop. From there, we installed two Solera undermount sinks and two Delta Lahara Stainless widespread faucets. The client was very pleased with the final result of this project.
